The website collects only the data you enter in the contact form: name and organisation, email address, message content. No other data is collected. The website uses no cookies, no audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker, and loads no resource from third-party services.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. Processing is based on your consent, given through the form's checkbox, and on CERIEP's legitimate interest in replying to enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients
Data is received by the data controller only. It is neither sold, transferred nor disclosed to third parties. It passes through the servers of the website's hosting provider and of CERIEP's email service, located in the European Union.
Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, and for no more than three years after the last exchange in the absence of a contractual relationship. Where a contract is concluded, data is kept for the duration of the contract and then as required by applicable legal obligations (in particular accounting).
Your rights
